Every morning and evening, i drink 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with eight ounces of water to dilute the bad taste of the vinegar.At first, this is a hard thing to drink as it has a remarkably bad taste to it, but that will pass as you get use to it(And you will).Also, after i've used any other acne cleansers on my skin, i use it as a toner.Mixing it with water at a 50/50 ratio, i apply the mix to my skin and allow it to sit for about 5 minutes then rinse.The smell will quickly subside, and the results are well worth the smell of it.
I've been using these simple ideas as a back acne remedy to cure the acne on my back for the last 6 months, and i'm happy to say that after the first couple weeks of usage i was just completely clear of my acne.This coming from a guy who had moderate to severe back acne for years.
